2. Quinta da Regaleira

Spend a lovely morning exploring these amazing 20th century residence with hidden treasures everywhere. Located in the town of Sintra, The Quinta da Regaleira is place that you can`t miss on your trip to Portugal. The architecture is amazing, grand house is split over five floors, and has cool and an ornate gothic facade, but the true gem is its enchanting gardens. They are styled to represent ancient secret orders with so many hidden tunnels and concealed symbolism.

Tip: A lot of the tunnels in Quinta da Regaleira don`t have light, so make sure you take a lamp or at least your mobile phone.

4. Park and National Palace Of Pena

The palace is composed of two wings: one that is built in the 19th century by King Ferdinand II and the former Manueline monastery of the Order of St. Jerome.

Poca Da Dona Beija is a complex of five wonderful natural thermal areas with therapeutic benefits, situated in the town of Funas in a beautiful landscaped garden. After paying for the entrance you can stay there as long as you wish, all you need is a swimsuit and a towel. Great, isn`t it?

6. Ponta de Sao Lourenco

Take on a walk to the completely unique landscape with wonderful panoramic views of the Atalntic and spectacular volcanic rock formations. Down the cliff is a truly unique beach called Prainha, the island`s only natural black sandy beach.
