Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are easy at Princessly. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Easy Return Policy

Almost all Princessly products can be easily returned to us for a refund. When you return the item(s) back to us, please make sure they are in the original condition as they are delivered to you - brand new, undamaged, unused, clean, with original tags and packaging, etc.

 

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request to Customer Service within 30 days of your order's receipt.(♣♣) Please be as detailed and specific as possible when you give the reasons why you want to return the item(s).
  2. For the latest return address, reach us to make sure.
  3. Send the item(s) back to our return address along with the completed Product Return Form as soon as possible. You are responsible for any costs of the return, e.g. shipping, custom duties, etc.
  4. Once received at our office, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. After your return is confirmed to be eligible, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account or refunded to your credit card. Item(s) returned in unacceptable conditions will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

Return process and refund amount may vary by product category and / or type.

Made to Order Items

As products of this nature are made to order and custom tailored to your particular specifications, any human hours and materials put in them cannot be recycled nor reused, we have a slightly less customer-friendly return policy than we do with other types of products such as ready-made ones.

Follow the Return Process and if everything clears, you will get a full refund minus 25% restocking fee. Shipping cost and handling fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Misshipped Item(s)

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for damaged or mis-shipped item(s).

If you believe your item(s) were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

If we shipped you the wrong item, you have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending the item(s) back.

If we shipped you an item in the wrong color, you are eligible for a full refund. However, perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. Contact us to be sure if you can cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped(♣♣) cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

Made to Order Items

Due to the nature of made to order products, we have the following policies for order cancellation:

  1. Orders cancelled within 3 days after payment confirmation(♣) will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
  2. Orders cancelled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
  3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Beyond these time windows, restocking / processing fees will apply to cancellations even if the order has not shipped.
